## Title: Manager, Business Continuity & Crisis Management
Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager of Business Continuity & Crisis Management to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business continuity and crisis management programmes across MTN Ghana. This role involves conducting detailed business impact analyses, risk assessments, and monitoring remediation efforts across all internal and external risks while maintaining robust risk management standards and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the BCM programme, methodology, and principles for Business Continuity and Crisis Management to address abnormal or unstable situations that may threaten operational objectives, reputation, and viability
- Implement Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management frameworks and policies in alignment with Group policy and frameworks
- Devise a roadmap that delivers increased assurance, effectiveness, and efficiency in Business Continuity and Crisis Management initiatives
- Serve as a business risk partner, facilitating and ensuring business units take ownership of divisional business impact assessments (BIAs), BCPs, SPOFs, and DRPs
- Guarantee the safeguarding of MTN Ghana's people, processes, infrastructure, and third-party systems
- Retain overall responsibility for BCM&CRM policies, including development, review, updates, and implementation
- Develop fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business requirements and prevent disruptions caused by crises and security breaches
- Identify risk mitigation and continuity requirements for new projects and ensure appropriate policies and standards are developed
- Document and update the comprehensive operational Business Continuity Management strategy
