## Title: Lifeguard

About the Position

The University of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Lifeguard within the Sports Directorate. This is a full-time role based in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

Guard the safety of clients in and around the University of Ghana Swimming pool
Prevent accidents at the pool and respond to emergencies with rescues
Administer CPR during emergencies
Ensure proper operating conditions of all lifeguarding equipment
Maintain discipline and order at the swimming pool
Enforce all protocols, processes, and procedures at the pool
Demonstrate good behaviour and professionalism in all duties

Required Qualifications & Experience

SSCE/WASSCE/JHS Certificate
Valid Lifeguard Certificate from a recognised institution
Minimum of 2 years working experience as a lifeguard
