Position Overview

Schedule: Includes Saturday work

Role Description

Legendary Foods Ltd. is seeking a passionate Processing Supervisor to oversee the processing operations of its products and ensure operational excellence across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inventory of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials; prepare processing budget for low stock items
• Assist with the establishment and maintenance of food safety systems in the department
• Support the department in the development of new products
• Assist in running processing facility operations and maintain systematic order
• Act as the first line of support for troubleshooting and resolving processing issues
• Assist and participate in conducting sensory evaluations of new and existing products
• Document and organize information such as health & safety incidents, protocols, protocol changes, recipes, sensory feedback, and customer feedback
• Ensure adherence to strict hygienic protocols in the preparation of existing and new products
• Assist in developing innovative packaging ideas for different sales channels

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Processing Engineering, or related field
• 3 or more years of work experience in food processing
