Lecturers/Teaching Staff at Darda Health Pre-University Ltd

Position Overview

Darda Health Pre-University Ltd is seeking qualified lecturers and teaching staff to instruct students at the pre-tertiary (secondary) level. In this role, you will motivate students to improve their performance in weak or failed subjects while introducing foundational pre-health degree curricula. You will report to the Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Teach at least three of the following subjects: Mathematics, Integrated Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Management in Living, Communication Skills, English Language, Social Studies, History, CRS, Government, and GKA
• Prepare students for West African Senior High School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE)
• Develop course outlines and teach based on WAEC and GES (Ghana Education Service) syllabi for secondary and business diploma courses in business administration, human resources, accounting, marketing, and office practice
• Conduct student assessments and maintain accurate records
• Evaluate trainees' performance through assignments, quizzes, and tests at the end of each semester
• Provide counseling and organize micro-teaching sessions for students who need additional support
• Plan and implement remedial curriculum activities for referred trainees

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in your area of interest
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Technological aptitude and willingness to learn new tools
• Strong commitment to teamwork focused on student engagement, success, and well-being
• High level of maturity, confidentiality, and integrity
