Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Plant Physiology at University of Ghana

About the Position

The Department of Plant and Environmental Biology under the School of Biological Sciences, University of Ghana invites applications from qualified persons for a full-time position as Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Plant Physiology.

Qualifications Required

• BSc in Plant Science or related discipline
• PhD in Plant Physiology with expertise in Tissue Culture and/or Classical Plant Physiology
• Not exceed 45 years of age

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Teach Plant Physiology and other basic plant science courses
• Demonstrate capacity to work effectively in a team environment
• Promote the development of the Plant Tissue Culture programme
• Engage in grantsmanship and state-of-the-art research activities
