## Title: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Plant Anatomy

About the Position

The Department of Plant and Environmental Biology under the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Ghana invites applications from qualified professionals for a full-time position as Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Plant Anatomy.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Plant Anatomy and other Basic Plant Science courses
Conduct state-of-the-art research in Plant Anatomy
Promote the development of the Plant Anatomy programme
Pursue grantsmanship and research funding opportunities
Work collaboratively within the department and broader academic community

Required Qualifications & Experience

BSc. in Plant Science or related discipline
PhD in Plant Anatomy with expertise in Classical Anatomical Studies
Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment
Ability to teach multiple Basic Plant Science courses
Age not exceeding 45 years at the time of application
