## Title: International Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

An American BPO Company is seeking sales and marketing executives to work in its Accra-based international Contact Centre. You will focus on sales and marketing campaigns with customers in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and marketing campaigns targeting customers in USA and Canada
Provide exceptional customer service in an international contact centre environment
Meet performance targets and sales objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma
Age between 25 and 39 years old
Extremely fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Previous sales and marketing experience required
Willingness to complete company training program
