Project Overview
The Governance for Inclusive Development (GovID) Programme's Planning and Data Component aims to enhance spatial planning at the subnational level (MMDAs) using modern Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing technologies.
Role Summary
The intern will work as part of the Planning and Data Component of the Governance for Inclusive Development (GovID) Programme, partnering with subnational and national institutions to realize the component's objectives of ensuring proper spatial planning and data management at the subnational level.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of capacity building projects with partner institutions to aid in their spatial planning processes
- Contribute to the timely implementation of workplans
- Support the design and preparation of workshops, seminars, and other events
- Contribute to the reporting and knowledge management of the GovID Programme
- Support regular engagements with partner institutions and other relevant stakeholders
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned
