Indirect Sales Supervisor – Western at AT Ghana

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join our team as an Indirect Sales Supervisor in the sales and distribution department. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for managing the company's retail acquisition channels in your territory. You will also liaise with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage company strategies and plans in your assigned area of supervision
• Achieve distribution and acquisition targets within your area of supervision
• Drive subscriber acquisition through Points of Acquisition (POAs) within your assigned territory
• Lead, train, and coach personnel under your direct supervision
• Manage and train POAs on activation processes
• Maintain and grow an active and productive POAs base in your assigned area
• Ensure adequate availability of SIM cards and scratch cards at all POAs and points of sale (POS)
• Communicate activation targets, promotions, products, and commission structures to all POAs
• Identify market and trade opportunities
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to share with the Regional Sales Manager
• Plan, execute, and provide feedback on below-the-line (BTL) activities with external agencies
• Work in the market on assigned routes with sales representatives or account development associates minimum twice monthly
• Review daily performance by route with each team member against agreed route plans
• Ensure correct visibility and display of products in all outlets according to company standards
• Plan and execute agent forums to ensure retailers receive necessary support and information
