## Title: Indirect Sales Supervisor
Job Summary
The successful candidate will join as an Indirect Sales Supervisor in the sales and distribution department, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for managing the company's retail acquisition channels in your assigned territory and liaising with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage company strategies and plans in your area of supervision
- Achieve distribution and acquisition targets within your assigned territory
- Drive subscriber acquisition through Points of Acquisitions (POAs) in your territory
- Lead, train, and coach personnel under your direct supervision
- Manage and train POAs on activation processes
- Maintain and grow an active, productive POA base in your assigned area
- Ensure adequate availability of SIM cards and scratch cards at all POAs and Points of Sale (POS)
- Promptly communicate activation targets, promotions, product information, and commission structures to all POAs
- Identify market and trade opportunities
- Gather market intelligence and feedback for the Regional Sales Manager
- Plan, execute, and provide feedback on Below-The-Line (BTL) activities with external agencies
- Conduct market visits on assigned routes with salesmen and Account Activation Dealers (AAD) a minimum of twice monthly
- Review daily performance by route with each salesman and AAD in your team, measured against agreed route plans
- Ensure correct visibility and display of products in all outlets according to company standards
- Plan and execute Agent forums to ensure retailers have strong product knowledge
