Human Resources Manager at Kinno Hotel

About the Role

Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Tema, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, including Ghana Labour Act 651
• Manage employee relations and promote cross-cultural team integration
• Rapidly establish and scale recruitment systems to meet pre-opening and expansion needs

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or local languages (Twi, Ga) is a plus
• 5+ years of HR experience in hotels across Africa or other emerging markets
• Familiarity with Pegasus or Opera System
• In-depth knowledge of Ghanaian social security, taxation, and union negotiation processes (preferred)

• Strong stress management and adaptability to high staff turnover
• High cultural sensitivity in managing both local and expatriate teams
