AMD International's branch in Bolgatanga, Ghana, is recruiting high-potential candidates through its internship recruitment program.

Position Overview

This is a paid internship position for a period of three months, renewable for another three months based on good performance. The best candidates may receive an offer of employment at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of AMD-Ghana's Country Director, you will:

• Identify highly qualified consultants and experts for various assignments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of university studies in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent degree
• Not more than 25 years old

Required Skills

• Outstanding mastery of computers and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Human resources skills, specifically in recruitment
• Excellent writing and analytical skills with ability to draft technical documents
• Dynamic, rigorous approach with ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
• Proficiency in English language
• Willingness to work in Bolgatanga
