About the Role

A leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Professional to be based in its Kumasi offices. You will oversee day-to-day HR operations in Ashanti and the northern sector, serving as the single point of HR contact for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR operational contact for the business
• Manage administrative services and transport operations
• Oversee employee hiring, performance management, development, retention, and engagement
• Manage headcount, budget, and cost control
• Handle grievance management and employee relations
• Drive implementation of Group HR policies across all regions
• Manage labor law compliance and employee relations matters
• Provide business-driven, proactive advice to support business growth and profitability

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
