About the Position

A premium specialist hospital located in Bolgatanga, Upper East Regional Capital, seeks an experienced Head of Human Resources for permanent, full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Human Resources, you will lead all human resources functions for the hospital, overseeing recruitment, staff development, compliance, and organizational culture initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience
• Demonstrated experience working in the health sector
• Evidence of continuing professional development and training in management
• Membership of CIHRMP (added advantage)
