About the Role

A reputable financial institution is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to lead its finance department. The successful candidate will contribute to the institution's mission of providing exceptional financial services and strengthening operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Develop and enforce financial policies and controls
• Manage audits, tax compliance, and financial risks
• Provide strategic financial advice to management
• Supervise and manage finance staff

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAG, CIMA, or CPA)
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with 5+ years in a senior management role
• Proficiency in T24 software is an added advantage
