## Title: Head of Credit

About the Role

Sefwiman Rural Bank PLC in the Western North Region is seeking an experienced Head of Credit to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing and overseeing all credit operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate credit proposals and make appropriate recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer and the board based on the bank's credit policies and relevant laws
Monitor all credit facilities and report on early warning signals to the Chief Executive Officer
Prepare and submit all monthly and quarterly regulatory and prudential returns to relevant authorities
Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

Minimum of Master's Degree in a business-related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
Relevant professional qualification (an added advantage)
Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Head of Credit
Knowledge in T24 Core Banking Application
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of the Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2020 (Act 1052)
Knowledge of the Credit Reporting Act, 2007 (Act 726)
Knowledge of the Banks and Specialised Deposit Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930)
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent report writing skills
Objectivity and independence
High sense of integrity
