Job Summary
The successful candidate will join our team as Head of Customer Solution Services in the IT Department. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role is responsible for directing and managing all activities relating to the delivery of effective IT solution services to the business.
The Head of Customer Solution Services will translate business requirements into solution architecture and describe them through design artifacts. These artifacts will be used by the development team to implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for all Business Units (mobile, financial, corporate, and home) requirements
- Work closely with Marketing (Consumer), Sales (Go to Market), Customer Operations, Account Management, and Finance to identify opportunities, create winning proposals, and successfully deliver within budget
- Develop systems architecture and define standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software, and interconnection for information systems
- Oversee solution design and implementation of BSS/OSS and Add-On Platforms (CRM, Middleware, Billing, Rating, Charging, Provisioning, etc.)
- Govern the SOA architecture (Service Oriented Architecture)
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the Solutions Framework and drive initiatives to optimize existing processes
- Manage the entire life cycle of multiple projects with detailed knowledge of processes involved at each stage of project planning and execution
