## Title: Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA)

Position Overview

GIDEC Endoscopy Centre is seeking a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) to support the delivery of pharmacy services. The successful candidate will assist with the dispensing of medicines and coordination of day-to-day pharmacy activities under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in dispensing medicines from clinically approved prescriptions in accordance with standard operating procedures
Provide medicines and advice to patients under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist or Medical Practitioner
Support the delivery of pharmacy services through effective coordination of day-to-day activities
Maintain the security of all pharmaceutical products in accordance with standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

MCA Certification from a recognized institution
Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a related position

Strong communication skills
Ability to read and carry out instructions accurately
Attention to detail
Manual dexterity
Computer literacy
