## Title: General Manager - Real Estate
About the Role
Rehoboth Properties Limited, a reputable and leading real estate company based in Accra, Ghana, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all day-to-day business activities and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and organizational functions
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Train and manage department heads and lower-level managers
- Create and manage organizational budgets
- Improve revenue generation and business performance
- Hire, evaluate performance, and manage staff productivity
- Analyze accounting and financial data
- Research and identify growth opportunities
- Generate reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Develop policies and communicate business goals
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1st Degree in Building Technology or related field
- Membership in a recognized professional body
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the building and construction industry
- At least 3 years in a managerial position with a reputable multinational or local construction and real estate company
- Experience in a housing institution is an added advantage
