## Title: General Manager - Real Estate

About the Role

Rehoboth Properties Limited, a reputable and leading real estate company based in Accra, Ghana, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all day-to-day business activities and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations and organizational functions
  • Develop and implement growth strategies
  • Train and manage department heads and lower-level managers
  • Create and manage organizational budgets
  • Improve revenue generation and business performance
  • Hire, evaluate performance, and manage staff productivity
  • Analyze accounting and financial data
  • Research and identify growth opportunities
  • Generate reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
  • Develop policies and communicate business goals

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1st Degree in Building Technology or related field
  • Membership in a recognized professional body

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the building and construction industry
  • At least 3 years in a managerial position with a reputable multinational or local construction and real estate company
  • Experience in a housing institution is an added advantage
