## Title: Finance Officer
About the Role
The National Association of Local Authorities of Ghana (NALAG) is seeking a Finance Officer to join our team in Accra. This is a full-time position in our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly partner financial reporting
- Prepare monthly bank and cash reconciliations
- Process partner advance requests
- Support programmes team with activity budget preparation
- Support programmes team with logistics during activity implementation
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience with accounting practices and procedures, specifically general ledger activities and expense claim processing
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and report preparation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Outlook and SharePoint
