Finance Manager at Reputable Company

About the Position

A reputable organisation in the Real Estate & Property Management business seeks to recruit a suitably qualified Finance Manager to exercise oversight responsibility of the financial management functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and control the operation of relevant General Ledger accounts
• Lead the Final Accounts team to achieve a fully integrated financial position
• Oversee the improvement and monitoring of financial systems, risk identification and management, standard controls and audits
• Respond to queries from auditors and ensure implementation of audit recommendations
• Manage assets and liabilities through proper planning, design and implementation of protective measures; prepare monthly schedules and reports on asset and liability captions
• Monitor and ensure adequate control over financial administration, expenditure and asset management across all divisions
• Ensure optimal utilization of the existing ERP system for financial activities across all divisions
• Oversee ERP system improvements, risk identification and management, standard controls and audits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trial balance to enable prompt preparation of monthly financial reporting statements for group and external reporting purposes
• Review monthly financial and budget reports
• Ensure all periodic reports are produced accurately, on time and in accordance with established standards
• Manage and track performance of the approved annual departmental budget
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients
