## Title: Finance and Administration Manager

About the Company

2en Chemicals Limited is a joint venture between two leading Ghanaian companies, ECO Natural Resources and Ensol Energy. We are recruiting a Finance and Administration Manager to drive financial excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, audits, tax, and reporting
  • Manage payroll, invoicing, bank transfers, and fixed assets
  • Lead internal and external audits and monthly reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate filing of SSNIT, VAT, NHIL, PETRA, and annual financial reports
  • Implement administrative policies and safeguard corporate assets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree desirable)
  • Professional certification: ICA, ACCA, or similar
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • At least 3+ years in a management role

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Syspro/SAP preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Deep knowledge of Ghanaian tax laws and financial regulations
