Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant qualification with a minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in IT or a similar role
• Demonstrated passion and background in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of leveraging IT in the construction industry
• Advanced proficiency and command of IT within the construction industry (a technical assessment will be administered)
• Excellent leadership skills and communication abilities
• Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities
• Current knowledge of industry trends and latest developments in IT
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while staying focused
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Comfort working in remote and digital environments with international team members
