Job Summary
Ensure that the Managed Service Provider's Network Management Center (NMC) duties are performed in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (SLA/KPIs) aligned with MTN Ghana business objectives. This role is responsible for monitoring and coordinating all network-related changes by ensuring implementation follows change control procedures with minimum customer impact, while achieving desired change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Vendor provides and documents Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports on time and shares them with relevant stakeholders, following up on recommendations
- Confirm data integrity and ensure all reports from the Managed Service partner are accurate to inform decision making
- Monitor and ensure planned work is logged with all relevant data and planned tests are conducted after every work order per standards
- Correlate network changes and their impact on user departments
- Engage with internal and external teams on upcoming planned activities
- Issue agendas and minutes for Change Control Board meetings
- Ensure approval for implementation is communicated to requesters and monitor compliance with change management policy
- Escalate problems associated with Requests for Change (RFC) to line management
