E-Learning Content Development Consultant at FHI360

About the Position

FHI360 is seeking a qualified E-Learning Content Development Consultant to provide consultancy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying e-learning materials on the Ghana Health Service (GHS) e-learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and lead a multi-disciplinary team comprising graphic designers, animators, and health promotion/public health practitioners
• Collaborate with staff from the Health Promotion Directorate (HPD), Human Resource Directorate, and Information Communication Technology Directorate of GHS
• Develop e-learning materials and modules that are fully operational on the GHS e-learning platform
• Execute the complete assignment in accordance with project specifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in e-learning content development
• Demonstrated ability to assemble and manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of health promotion and public health content
• Technical proficiency with e-learning platforms and deployment systems
• Experience working with graphic designers and animators

Technical Requirements

• E-learning materials must be fully compatible and operational on the GHS e-learning platform
