E-Learning Content Development Consultant at FHI360

About the Position

FHI360 is seeking an E-Learning Content Development Consultant to provide specialized consultancy services for the development of e-learning materials and modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and lead a multi-disciplinary team including graphic designers, animators, and health promotion/public health practitioners
• Collaborate with staff from the Health Promotion Directorate (HPD), Human Resources, and Information Communication Technology Directorates of the Ghana Health Service (GHS)
• Develop e-learning materials and modules for deployment on the GHS e-learning platform
• Ensure all e-learning content is fully operational and compatible with the GHS e-learning platform

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in e-learning content development
• Demonstrated ability to assemble and manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of health promotion and public health best practices
• Technical understanding of e-learning platform requirements and functionality
• Experience working with government health systems is preferred
