About the Position
Mountcrest University College (MCU), located in Kanda, Accra, is seeking qualified and experienced drivers to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting the college's transportation and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs in accordance with established schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles
- Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres, etc.)
- Report vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents promptly
- Adhere strictly to road safety rules and company policies
- Support other logistics and errands as required by management
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Valid Ghanaian driver's licence (category C or D)
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven driving experience in a corporate or professional setting
- Good knowledge of routes within Accra
