About the Position

Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring experienced Drill Electricians for our operations in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time engineering position requiring qualified professionals with demonstrated expertise in heavy equipment electrical systems.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of Electrical Engineering Technician Part 1 certification

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on post-qualification experience with Earth Moving Heavy Equipment or Drill Rigs
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature and electrical schematics
• Proficient in CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) systems
• Strong understanding of Power Generation Systems and Operation
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Valid Ghanaian driver's license (Category BE)
• Excellent reading and writing skills

Job Requirements

• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
• Ability to work effectively in noisy and dirty environments
• Capability to work independently with little or no supervision
