## Title: Director of Operations and Technical Services
Role Summary
The Director of Operations and Technical Services will oversee the technical operations of the organization. This role requires leading the entire technical team and external stakeholders to drive organizational development and advancement.
Key Accountabilities
- Review technical proposals from investors and provide recommendations to the CEO
- Develop and manage project plans for preparatory works related to promotion and development of the Petroleum and Petrochemical Hub
- Develop and manage the installation of utilities for companies within the Enclave
- Assist companies in acquiring all relevant licenses and permits from regulatory bodies
- Monitor and evaluate operations in the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Hub to ensure value retention for the country
- Collaborate with HR to develop human capital and ensure an industry-ready workforce
- Establish, maintain, and manage a register of companies and service providers operating within the Petroleum and Petrochemical Hub
- Monitor construction activities within the organization to ensure compliance with local and applicable international standards
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Petrochemicals, Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including supply chain, customer service, and QHSE
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience in leading strategy and operational transformation
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, production, and processes
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
