Our flagship brand, EcoPeriod, provides reusable menstrual pads and other sustainable products, tackling period poverty and driving environmental impact across Ghana and beyond.
Position Overview
We seek a dynamic and visionary Director of Marketing & Business Development to lead Sales and Marketing, drive Strategic Partnerships, and spearhead Digital Marketing & Communications to fuel our mission and accelerate business growth.
As a highly strategic, results-driven, and innovative leader, you will oversee our sales and marketing efforts, partnership development, and digital communications strategy. This role will be instrumental in expanding Eco-Me Africa's customer base, securing high-value partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative marketing strategies. You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to scale revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market reach across Ghana and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and innovative sales channels to grow B2B, B2G, and B2C sales
- Establish and oversee the performance of the Eco-Diva sales agents, ensuring they have the tools, training, and motivation to scale grassroots sales and community engagement
