## Title: Direct Sales Supervisor – Techiman
Job Summary
The successful candidate will join the sales and distribution department as a Direct Sales Supervisor. You will support the Regional Sales Manager to achieve activation and sales objectives while working in accordance with company policies and procedures. In this role, you will continually improve current and future business performance, create team spirit based on company values, and stimulate innovation and customer focus throughout operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business in assigned regions by recruiting and managing mobile agents
- Provide technical feedback regarding activation issues
- Provide reports to the Direct Sales/Regional Manager
- Ensure that BTL (Below-the-Line) activities are held on schedule and report on results
- Prepare monthly activation and BTL schedule and execute accordingly
- Identify business and activation opportunities in the market
- Ensure adequate branding for the team
- Recruit Points of Activation
- Prepare and submit monthly itinerary by the last Friday of each month
- Prepare daily route planning before field visits and submit daily visitation tracker
- Hold daily morning meetings with the team to align on daily objectives
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University degree from a recognized institution with emphasis in Marketing, or Higher National Diploma (HND) in related business fields
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a Sales and Distribution role
- Operations experience preferably in FMCG
- Proficiency in IT software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written English
