## Title: Restaurant Sales Manager

Position Overview

Dimdaa is launching our new online food delivery service in Ghana and we are looking for a Restaurant Sales Manager who can help us establish partnerships with local businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact restaurants that are a perfect match for Dimdaa Foods
  • Manage the pipeline of new potential restaurant partnerships
  • Build strategic relationships with restaurant owners and negotiate partnership terms
  • Organize restaurant-oriented campaigns to increase restaurant partnerships and Dimdaa Food orders and revenue
  • Lead onboarding teams to smoothly activate restaurants on our platform
  • Handle mission-critical teams that drive daily operations including onboarding and activations

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a sales position, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and driving contracts to closure
  • Resilience and determination to overcome obstacles
  • Passion for new technologies and the food & beverage industry

Preferred Experience

  • Background in a startup or dynamic high-growth company
  • Experience in product launches or running a business
