Digital Marketing Executive at African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA Hub)

About the Role

The African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA Hub) is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Accra. This is a full-time position based at our Kwashieman location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our brand's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms)
• Develop and manage YouTube channel content and campaigns
• Drive e-commerce growth through online store management, product promotions, and sales funnel optimization
• Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results
• Collaborate with content and business development teams to achieve monthly targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and current digital trends
• Proven experience with YouTube content management and ad campaigns
• Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
