About the Role

The African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA Hub) is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Accra. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's digital presence and drive business growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the organization's social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Develop and manage YouTube channel content and campaigns
• Drive e-commerce growth through online store management, product promotions, and sales funnel optimization
• Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results
• Work closely with content and business development teams to achieve monthly targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and current trends
• Demonstrated experience with YouTube content management and ad campaigns
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Creative graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) required
• Excellent communication and writing skills
