About the Position

Dean, MountCrest Business School
Dean, School of Graduate Studies
Dean, Faculty of Laws

Role Overview

The Dean serves as the Head of the Faculty/School and reports to the Rector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the faculty and for maintaining and promoting the efficiency and good governance of the Faculty/School in accordance with policies and procedures instituted by the University College.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Professional status or equivalent grade in an analogous institution
Demonstrated status as a distinguished scholar with capacity to motivate and direct staff
High sense of industry, leadership qualities, and organizational skills with an impeccable reputation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to manage and control crisis situations
Visionary, business-oriented mindset with ability to establish rapport between industry and the University College
Maturity and drive for sound and impartial judgment
Proven ability to attract grants and funds for research and development activities for the Faculty
