About the Position

Mountcrest University College invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Dean across one of the following faculties or schools:

• Faculty of Laws
• Mountcrest Business School
• School of Foreign and Ghanaian Languages

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the general development of the Faculty/School regarding human and material resources
• Promote the work of the Faculty/School in student counselling
• Coordinate teaching and examination activities
• Manage student and staff induction programs
• Support research initiatives and institutional advancement
• Attract grants and funds for research and development activities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professorial status or equivalent grade in an analogous institution
• Distinguished scholar with proven capacity to motivate and direct staff
• High sense of industry, leadership qualities, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to manage and control crisis situations
• Visionary and business-oriented mindset
• Ability to establish rapport between industry and the university
• Maturity and drive for sound and impartial judgment
• Demonstrated ability to attract grants and funds for research and development
