About the Position

Dayspring Montessori International School is seeking a Creative Arts Facilitator to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to inspire and develop students' artistic talents within a Montessori educational framework.

Key Responsibilities

As a Creative Arts Facilitator, you will:

• Deliver creative arts instruction to students
• Develop and implement art curricula aligned with Montessori principles
• Foster student creativity and artistic expression
• Maintain a dynamic and supportive learning environment

Required Qualifications

• B.A. Ed, BFA, or B.Tech (Painting Option), or Diploma in Art Education
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field
• NTC teacher license or active progress toward obtaining one
• Computer literacy
