Job Summary

Support the management of existing and new products and services within the segment portfolio. Undertake regular product performance appraisals to ensure positive revenue generation and product health, while reducing churn and driving growth in the commercial segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relevant and targeted marketing strategies for market segments including Public/Government sector, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Large Enterprises, Multinational companies, Fixed services, and Digital offerings
• Support sales teams and position MTN Business as a leader in the ICT space
• Drive segment-based product development initiatives
• Develop innovative products utilizing existing and new technologies
• Create bundled and segmented niche product offerings
• Ensure appropriate adherence to required policies, processes, and procedures
• Recommend and supervise product-related financial KPIs, including effective pricing and business cases
• Generate promotions and market stimulation strategies to drive incremental revenues
• Provide insights and input on Enterprise customer churn and growth management
• Develop and deliver segment performance reporting
• Manage databases for product-related activities (PCDs, TCFs, UATs, research and assessment reports, and marketing collateral)
• Coordinate with Marketing and other relevant departments on product development initiatives
