About the Company

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is expanding with the launch of new factory projects. We are recruiting a large number of construction and technical workers to join our growing team and support our construction and production operations.

• Height Worker / Welder Working at Height

Role Overview

These roles will support factory construction, equipment installation, and maintenance activities across our new facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform construction, installation, and maintenance tasks according to project requirements
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support factory construction works including civil works, steel works, and equipment installation
• Assist supervisors and engineers in completing assigned tasks
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical trades
• Ability to operate tools and equipment related to the role
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team environment
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Relevant certifications (for drivers, electricians, welders, etc.) will be an advantage
