About the Role

A property development company is seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to deliver excellent customer experience, ensure adherence to client agreements, and oversee the Client Relations team.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the CEO/COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience to clients
• Ensure adherence to client agreements
• Oversee and manage the Client Relations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (1st Degree) or LLB in Law, Communication, Sales and Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in client relations, customer experience, sales, or related areas
• Minimum 6 years of management experience
• 35 years of age or above
• Available for immediate employment
