Chief Home Officer at MTN Ghana

Job Summary

We are seeking a Chief Home Officer to develop and provide strategic direction for the Home (Fixed Broadband) business, ensuring financial viability and sustainability. This role carries oversight responsibility for all Fixed Broadband Profit & Loss operations, driving end-to-end commercial activities across sales, marketing, and customer services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic direction for the Fixed Broadband business
• Drive end-to-end commercial activities including sales, marketing, and customer services
• Oversee network planning and technology support functions
• Lead financial planning and accounting operations
• Manage stakeholder relationships and governance requirements
• Direct overall broadband implementation across multiple segments (MBB, fixed wireless, and FTTx Fiber to the Home/Office)
