The Role

The Board of Directors invites applications from highly qualified, results-driven, and experienced banking professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to guide us into our next chapter of sustainable growth and impact.

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the bank's profitability while fulfilling its social mandate of rural financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and lead the execution of the Bank's business strategy and objectives
• Ensure the bank's financial sustainability, growth in assets, deposits, profitability, and shareholder value
• Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance with the Bank of Ghana and other relevant bodies
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Develop and mentor a high-performing management team and promote a positive organizational culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, regulators, traditional authorities, and the community
• Oversee the implementation of robust technology-driven banking solutions to enhance service delivery
• Present regular and accurate reports on the bank's performance to the Board of Directors
