Bulisa Community Bank LTD, headquartered in Sandema in the Bulisa North Municipality of the Upper East Region, is seeking a qualified Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, general supervision, management, and control of the bank's day-to-day operations in accordance with applicable laws, strategic and business plans, and policies and manuals approved by the Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance for the bank through the coordination of departmental and agency activities
• Determine broad objectives and strategies for the bank's business
• Prepare and timely present required technical papers to the Board for effective decision-making
• Provide leadership and oversight of the bank's credit activities to ensure efficient credit management and improve asset quality
• Ensure effective management of the bank's IT infrastructure and safeguard its electronic data and information systems
• Execute responsibilities and ensure that general operations comply with lawful and ethical standards, bank policies and procedures, and relevant industry laws
• Institute and ensure effective functioning of a robust system of internal controls that prevents or early detects fraud, errors, and irregularities
• Manage the overall development and performance of the bank's human capital

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Master's Degree and/or full professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
