Mantrac Ghana Limited is Ghana's sole authorized dealer for Caterpillar Earthmoving, Construction, Power Systems, and Lift Trucks products. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Caterpillar Mechanics to join our service department as we advance our position as the market leader.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Caterpillar equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on earthmoving and heavy equipment
• Maintain and service Caterpillar products in the service department

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Motor Vehicle Technician Part 2 (MVT 2) certification
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on post-qualification experience in earthmoving heavy equipment and hydraulics
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature
• Excellent troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Caterpillar field service

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when required
• Flexibility to work in any location within Ghana
