Mantrac is Ghana's sole authorized dealer for Caterpillar Earthmoving, Construction, Power Systems, and Lift Trucks products. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Caterpillar Mechanics to join our service department as we advance our position as the market leader.

Position Overview

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

Service department mechanics will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing Caterpillar heavy equipment and machinery to the highest standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Motor Vehicle Technician Part 2 (MVT 2) certification
Minimum 3 years of hands-on post-qualification experience with earthmoving heavy equipment and hydraulic systems
Ability to read, understand, and interpret all technical literature
Excellent troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Caterpillar field service

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Flexibility to work at any location within Ghana
