About the Company

Mantrac Ghana Limited is Ghana's sole authorized dealer for Caterpillar Earthmoving, Construction, Power Systems, and Lift Trucks products. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Caterpillar Electricians to join our service department as we advance our position as the market leader.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Accra, Ghana
• Department: Service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Electrical Engineering Technician Part 2 (EET 2)

Required Experience & Competencies

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on post-qualification experience with Caterpillar earthmoving equipment
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature and electrical schematics
• Good understanding and usage of Electronic Technician (ET) systems
• Good understanding of power generation systems and operation
• Excellent troubleshooting skills

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed
• Willingness to work in any location within Ghana
