## Title: Career Guidance Counsellor

About the Role

Design & Technology Institute is seeking a Career Guidance Counsellor to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position focused on providing comprehensive career support and guidance to students and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and group career counselling sessions
Organise workshops, career fairs, and employer sessions
Provide support with CV preparation, interview coaching, and job search strategies

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master's degree in Guidance and Counselling
10+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in student support
Knowledge of TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) systems and CBE (Competency-Based Education)
Excellent communication skills
