## Title: Hotel Receptionist
Position Overview
Canwin Hotel is seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team in Ho, Ghana. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel
- Direct visitors to hotel rooms and various areas of the property
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials (pens, forms, brochures)
- Provide accurate information to guests in person, via phone, and via email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory records
- Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- HND or Degree qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong time management skills
- Consistent, professional appearance and demeanor
