Section 2:  Letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Dankook International Cooperation on Agriculture (DICA) requests the services of an accounting firm for the purpose of auditing “the Project to Improve Rice Value Chain (RVC) in the Central Region of Ghana”. The DICA PMC Ghana Office invites Expression of Interest (EoI) submissions from qualified agencies/firms for providing the requirements as defined in the Terms of Reference attached hereto. Proposals from interested parties must be received by DICA at the address specified not later than 16:00 GMT on June 9 2022.

A complete set of CfEoI document in English may be obtained (not for sale) by interested offerors from May to June through an official request, after which CfEoI documents shall NOT be distributed.

Interested offerors are requested to make formal request for copies of the document to [email protected] for soft copies of the document. For clarification on specific issues or to learn more details about procurement at DICA, offerors are encouraged to consult the DICA PMC Ghana Office during the clarification on bid period.
