Position Overview

A top employer is now accepting applications for this Finance Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations including vendor payments, reimbursement, cash management, fixed assets, and other finance-related tasks
• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits payments
• Manage month-end closing in accordance with corporate and group requirements and schedules, preparing local ledgers compliant with tax rules and accounting requirements
• Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial reports, and analyses for group consolidated reports and internal management purposes
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing management reports including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Provide advice on local accounting and finance processes to enhance internal controls and conduct training for staff on expense claims, IT annual returns, and other finance-related matters as needed
• Perform tax calculations for companies and staff members, ensuring all tax filings are completed before specified deadlines
• Perform various statutory statistics, reports, registrations, and filings as required within deadlines
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field, preferably with a Chinese company
• Ability to work independently and drive projects autonomously
• Proficiency in financial ERP systems and MS Office (experience with Kingdee or UF financial software preferred)
• Team player with strong hands-on ability and can-do attitude
